SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship all of our products through the US Postal Service. When we receive your order, we will ship the Impression Kit to you at the address you provide. We will include in your kit a pre-paid Return Shipping Label. Attach the label to the completed Impression Kit and return it to us. We will then send the new orthotics to you. We will provide you with tracking information on both the Impression Kit and the orthotics.

Our team at Surethotics has been supporting our customers with their foot health for years. Customer Satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us. Our lab and Customer Service normally run on an 8-5 work schedule, Mountain Standard Time. The best way to contact us is to use the “Contact Us” page on the website. It is checked regularly and we try to respond promptly to your message. Messages that arrive after hours or over a weekend or holiday are generally responded to on the next business day.
